Richard Bardenstein

Richard Bardenstein is a lawyer and strategic consultant with 20 years of experience in business and government. Based in Jerusalem, Israel, Bardenstein handles a broad range of corporate transactions on behalf of clients over four continents, as well as government relations and taxation matters. His clients have included VC companies, hi-tech start-ups, a diamond mining conglomerate, international consortia bidding on public infrastructure tenders, major media organizations, government ministries, and charitable foundations, among others. He served as an advisor to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, and to Israel's Justice Minister. Kevin Hein

Kevin Hein is a partner with the Denver office of Snell & Wilmer LLP, where he serves as head of the firm's franchise and distribution practice. He received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1994. After law school, Hein served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Zita L. Weinsheink, United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Hein is the founding chairman of the Colorado Bar Association Subsection on Franchise Law, and also served from 1998 to 2001 as the Young Lawyers Division Liaison to the ABA Forum on Franchise Law. Hein has served as a member of the ABA Forum Governing Committee, Publications Committee, and as the Tenth Circuit editor for the Forum Publication Enforcement of Covenants Against Competition in Franchise Agreements (Second Edition).

Hein has published several articles on franchise-related topics and has spoken at regional and national franchise conferences, including the American Bar Association Forum on Franchise Law Annual Meeting, the Franchise Finance Conference, the Restaurant Finance and Development Conference, and the Fourth Annual Restaurant Industry Mergers and Acquisitions Forum, the 2004 Restaurant Leadership Conference, and the International Franchise Association's Annual Legal Symposium. Hein has been quoted as an expert in franchise law in the Wall Street Journal (online edition), New York Times, Denver Post, Denver Business Journal, Franchise Times, Nations Restaurant News, and Restaurants and Institutions Magazine.

Adam Philipp

Adam Philipp has been involved in the prosecution of patent applications in the computer science, electrical devices, and related fields since 1998, and with Internet and technology related law since 1995. He also counsels clients on patentability and infringement matters. His varied practical experiences range from distributed object oriented programming to etching of integrated circuits.
